These were pretty good. They could use more seasoning and, in my opinion, a twist on the seasoning. Take out the mustard, add in lemon pepper instead, bump up the garlic powder a little. I also think tossing them in olive oil and then in the seasoning mix would work much better than coating them in cooking spray and sprinkling the seasoning on them. By the way, this recipe came from an old Betty Crocker Low Carb cookbook.
