I used my Cuisinart for all the slicing and dicing of the produce. Rather than meat"balls" I made patties. I served without dressing and with a side of cauliflower rice with added rice vinegar along with some raw spinach. Plenty of veggies, good flavors (I should have added more spice since I was missing the heat in the sauce), good texture. 👍👍👍
