This is one of my favorite summer tomato recipes! This simple, raw tomato sauce works great with grilled bread (did this while camping!) like a bruschetta, but also tasty with pasta or over fish/chicken. Quality of tomato is important because they are the star! I also like experimenting with mix ins (olives or capers). Very adaptable.
