Strong white is perfect! Looks like such a yummy loaf. Sometimes the big holes can indicate underproofing (the big bubbles are often surrounded by really dense patches in the bread and it can taste a bit gummy) - usually an indicator it needed a longer time proofing. I’m so glad you have success this time!
