More difficult than I expected at first! Made every mistake possible, so next time will work better. Really make sure to smooth out your dough squares before adding filling. I also added some herbs de provance and I think it really kicked it up a notch. It's so delicious! Definitely a great go to if you don't mind, or would like, to spend some time in the kitchen handling dough.
