I halved it for 2 servings (made 4 me-sized servings). Used penne. 1 red pepper and 1 courgette instead of mushrooms. Half a stock cube with 75ml. Dry parsley. Parmesan sprinkled on top to serve.
Probably added a bit too much butter/oil at the beginning (my fault).
Was worried the cream and stock would make it to watery but it turned out perfectly.
Very yummy, comforting, and easy to make.
