There is a lot of liquid with the roast but it simply removed the oily top layer and it came out pretty good. We added potatoes to the roast. It was very good.
Risotto is great. Go light if you add salt because the parmesan is salty as well. I did add garlic powder along with the onion powder and it amped up the flavor.
All in all we will make it again. We had leftovers and had them for lunch today and it's still yummy.
