The recipe was easy to make. i used an entire filet of salmon. The mayo dressing was the perfect amount for the entire filet. I did add about a teaspoon of each of the following: Rosemary, dill and smoked paprika, to the mayo with a tsp of lemon juice. For a side I oven roasted an entire head of cabbage, at 425. Then about 15 min prior to the cabbage being done I put the salmon in. Just before putting the salmon in. I made a cheese sauce for the cabbage which I poured over it and returned to the oven uncovered until the cheese began to brown or the salmon was done. It was a great meal! My husband loved it!
