Sometimes oat flour recipes come out crumbly, but the combination of tahini and apple sauce give these blondies the best texture. The combination of maple syrup and coconut sugar make this recipe refined sugar free, and also contribute to the gooey texture. This recipe is also made in one bowl, so it's super easy! All together you can have a dessert in less than 30 minutes, and with minimal cleanup.
