The Best Whipped Cream Frosting

As someone who loves whipped frosting (Bettercreme) but could never find a recipe that was comparable to what you can get from the store, this is the best substitute I've ever found. It literally tastes like whipped cream but holds 10x better.

I think I over mixed, it was pretty stiff and difficult to spread but the flavor was amazing. I used 1/8c of swerve confectioners sugar and sugar free instant vanilla pudding. Will make again and attempt a lighter fluffier result.

So light and fluffy but not too sweet. It paired very well with Pumpkin pie dump cake!!
