This was fantastic. I was wprried it was going to be a bit fibreous as it looked it. Or sloppy and disgusting. It was neither. It looked perfectly fine and tasted SO good.i dont really do mash potatoes but from now on ill be doing these mash potatoes with all my sunday dinners.
