Creamy Tortellini Soup

We liked it very much. Perfect for cold weather

We loved it! I subbed the kale for spinach and it was great.

Really good but I would've liked the sauce to be thicker

This soup is delicious! If you want a bit more kick you can make it with spicy Italian sausage. I substituted leeks instead of kale as a personal preference and it's great.

This soup is probably the best soup I’ve had in a while! I would suggest to add water to it because it came out slightly thick for me. Overall, 10/10 recommend to anyone who is looking to make a new soup!

This was good. I used spinach instead of kale and I added more sausage and tortellini and a cup more broth. I used both beef and vegetable broth.. I also added crushed peppers and parmesan cheese. Will make this again.

Delicious soupy tortellini dish. Perfect for a cold day. I added plant based mince to it, spinach instead of kale and two chillies. Watch the amount of salt that you add to this dish… I was a bit heavy handed 🤦🏽‍♀️. Also, I put in the whole packet of tortellini which was a bad idea… maybe just use half to prevent the soup from being to cheesy and very rich. But, it turned out delicious and we some for dinner tomorrow and possibly a small portion for lunch too 😉. Enjoy 💫

Absolutely delicious! I doubled the tortellini, even our oldest had seconds. Will be adding it to the rotation!

My family loved this one! We are tortellini lovers, so next time I'll double the tortellini, but definitely making this again!
