Turned out absolutely fantastic! Only had a tablespoon or two extra of the frosting so minimal waste. Using a one tablespoon scoop made 40.

Soooo delicious! This might be one of the most popular recipes I've ever baked for my friends! They're always a huge hit with groups, and usually get eaten up before I can even have one. These cookies keep pretty well (they still taste great after a few days), but I will say that they're significantly better when they're freshly made, and the torched sugar is still crispy. Also, they're absolutely going to impress whoever you give them to, which is a great bonus.
