Took a while but really delicious

Tasty, easy recipe, although not the fastest, I bet it would go down really well with kids. Easy to make a batch of smaller portions for freezing so it can be a homemade ready meal for weeknights. Could add additional veg and blend them into the tomatoes to hide in the ragu easily enough if you have fussy eaters in the house hold who you want to ply with more veg.
