Super good. Used plant based chicken and went a little heavy with the Buffalo sauce. I do agree with other reviewers that it could maybe use a little more cauliflower. Also broiled for 2 minutes at the end to brown the cheese. Didn't drizzle extra ranch over the top as my partner is not big on ranch, and after tasting it, it honestly didn't need it. Really easy as well. Would definitely make again.
