Chicken Zucchini Casserole

This was delicious! Definitely not the healthiest recipe with 3/4 cup butter but it came out really yummy. Husband approved! Will definitely be making this again. I added celery and it was a nice crunchy addition.

2 average size zucchini = approx 3 cups chopped 1/2 med onion= approx 1/2 cp chopped 3 small chicken breasts=approx 3 chopped cups I seasoned the chicken with Mrs Dash Chicken Seasoning I mixed in approx 2 cups of Triple Cheddar Cheese and more seasoning with everything else right before pouring into the baking pan.
