Easy Baked Chicken Drumsticks Recipe

Made this for our Xmas party. Marinade is very simple. The way I would describe the flavour is like the ready cooked chickens in the supermarket. Flavour was subtle and inoffensive perfect for the fussier eater.

Love, love, LOVE! Even my picky eater ate it! Nice and juicy and just the right amount of flavor. Made the marinade in the the morning and had it sit for about 5-6 hours while the kids were at school. Will definitely make again! Also made the house smell amazing!

Made it with drumsticks and thighs. Very juicy and tasty. Leftovers reheated well the next day :)

The best chicken marinade I’ve ever had. Unbelievable. We grilled this instead of bake and the entire family was in heaven.
