Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Overnight Oats
This looks and tastes like dessert, but it's surprisingly healthy! The 'hidden' banana and pumpkin provide sweetness and fudginess to these pudding-like overnight oats. Plus, it's gluten-free and vegan!

Oh my goodness where do I start? Hands down the yummiest and creamiest overnight oats I've EVER made. It's a great way to use up all the canned pumpkin you have from Thanksgiving and/or Christmas and it's packed with protein and nutrients. This will be a go to in this house hold for the whole family!
