Step 1
Preparation Ramakin 1:
Chorizo, onion, olive oil // Ramakin 2:
Peppers, salt and pepper // Ramakin 3: Garlic // Ramakin 4: Tomato purée, sugar (Prepare jug of water, open chopped tomatoes) // Ramakin 5: Kale (or spinach) // Ramakin 6: Mozzarella // Bag: Gnocchi

Step 2
Cook ramakin 1 in large ovenproof frying pan over a low-medium heat for around 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add ramakin 2. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add ramakin 3. Cook for around 1 minute.
Step 5
Add ramakin 4. Stir in jug of water and chopped tomatoes. Bring to simmer.
Step 6
Stir in the gnocchi. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often.
Step 7
Add ramakin 5.
Step 8
Scatter ramakin 6 on top and grill until cheese is bubbling and golden.
Step 9
Serve!
