Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 celsius
Step 2
Boil the pasta for 2 minutes less than packet says
Step 3
In a separate pot, add the butter, garlic & shallot and fry for 2 mins
Step 4
Add the mustard powder and flour and mix together
Step 5
Add the milk and stir until well combined and hot
Step 6
Add in 1 handful of cheese to sauce and mix
Step 7
Drain the pasta and add pasta to the sauce
Step 8
Put into ovenproof dish and sprinkle 1 handful of cheese over the top
Step 9
Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and crispy
