Instructions

Pesto

Step 1
To a blender add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Chicken

Step 2
Slice the mozzarella.
Step 3
Cut the chicken in half without cutting it fully through.
Step 4
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the chicken and season. Fry for about 2min then flip. Season again.
Step 5
Add the mozzarella slices and put on a lid. Fry for another 2-3min until the cheese has melted.

Wrap

Step 6
Slice the tomato and chicken.
Step 7
Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with pesto.
Step 8
Top it with the arugula, tomato slices and chicken.
Step 9
Drizzle on the balsamic cream.
Step 10
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 11
Roast the wrap on all sides. Enjoy!
