Step 1
Chop the basil and sundried tomatoes.

Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mix until well combined.

Slice the mozzarella.

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the chicken and half the seasoning. Fry for about 3min.

Flip the chicken and season again. Top it with the mozzarella slices. Put on a lid and let the cheese melt for another 3min.

Slice the tomato and olives.

Spread the front center of the wrap with the sauce.

Top it with arugula, tomato slices, chicken and olives.

Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
