Step 1
Julienne peppers, onion, and courgette. Mince garlic. Add to wok skillet with tbsp of olive oil. Medium heat. Add tsp each of seasonings. When vegetables have carmelized, add sliced chicken breasts.
Step 2
When chicken is cooked, add taco seasons. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Bake taco shells at 180 C for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Fill shells with mixture. Top with sliced avocado, olives and cheese.
