4 steps
Prep:15min
A crisp fresh flavour with a kick to it not like the creamy shop bought coleslaw.

Instructions
Cabbage
Step 1
Thinly slice half of a white cabbage. Place in a bowl and coat with Lemon juice, do not saturate it. Then slice 2 large white onions and add to the cabbage thoroughly mixing together
Mustard, Salad cream & Mayonnaise
Step 2
Add 3 tea spoons of English or Dijon mustard and thoroughly coat the cabbage and onions. Then add in in equal amounts of salad cream and mayonnaise, enough to ensure everything is coated. Do not overdo it, you can always add a little more later.
Sultanas
Step 3
Add the Sultanas and mix in. Then cover the bowl with cling film and place in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours. If you need to add more salad cream or mayonnaise do so before serving.

Step 4
We ate some with homemade Tuna Prawn and Pepper Frittata, salad and chips, but I also like this on its own with a bit of ham and a piece of crusty bread, its great in a sandwich with ham or cheese.
