Instructions
Step 1
Start by mixing 100g rice flour with 120g soft tofu and 35g sugar in a bowl.

Knead it in the bowl for a few minutes.

Divide the dough into three pieces.
Step 4
Roll a dough between your palm till its in a ball shape.
Step 5
Take a dough and add some matcha in it. Roll it in between your palm till it's in a ball shape.

Take the final piece of the dough and put a bit of pink food dye in it till it gets a pink colour. Roll the dough in between your palms till it's in a ball shape. (ALL OF THE BALLS MUST HAVE EQUAL WEIGHT)

Step 7
Put the balls into boiling water. Once they rise to the top, cook them for 1 minute
Step 8
Take them out and put them in ice cold water to stop then from cooking.
Step 9
Let them cool down and skewer them down in a wooden stick (IN COLOUR ORDER) first goes green, then white and lastly, the pink one.
