Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat the air fryer to around 200c
Step 2
Line the tray with parchment/baking paper
Step 3
Split the bagels and lay them cut side down, crack the eggs into the holes. Tip - make the holes slightly wider before putting into the air fryer to hold the eggs better
Step 4
Cook until the eggs are to your liking
Step 5
Sprinkle the cheese over the eggs/bagel and cook for a further minute or 2 for the cheese to melt.
Step 6
Serve up once the cheese has melted.
