Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C
Step 2
Add butter to saucepan and melt over medium heat. Continue to whisk until it starts to bubble

Once it starts to foam, add the milk powder and whisk for about 1 minute until the colour darkens

Add cocoa powder and whisk until fully combined. Let mix bubble for 30-40 seconds then remove from heat.

Add chopped chocolate and oil. Allow to cool

Whisk together eggs and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl. Mix vigorously until the sugar dissolves

Add powdered sugar

Add vanilla

When butter mixture has cooled, add to the egg mix

Bake in an 8×8 inch pan, lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C for 28-35 minutes

Once done, allow to cool in fridge for 1-2 hours before slicing
