Instructions

Step 1
Cook pasta to pkg instructions, adding salt to the water.
Step 2
Chop onion and mince garlic. Slice mushrooms and chop zucchini
Step 3
Add oil to preheated pan and saute the onions and garlic and zucchuni until softened. Add mushrooms and zatar and continue sauteeing until everything has combined.
Step 4
Add arugula to a bowl along with the nutritional yeast. Add vegetables and drained pasta. Stir to combine and add salt and pepper to taste.
