Nice Cream
4Frozen Bananas
2avocados
ripe
0.5 CupCoconut Yoghurt
0.25 CupVanilla Protein Powder
or Mint
3 TbspRice Malt Syrup
2 heaped tspgreens powder
neutral flavoured
10Fresh Mint Leaves

Instructions
Step 1
Place all the nice cream ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.
Step 2
Transfer to a tub and smooth over with the back of a spoon. Set in the freezer for 3 - 4 hours.
Step 3
Place 6 blocks of dark chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl with coconut oil. Heat on 20-second increments, stirring between each, until fully melted.
Step 4
Spoon the nice cream into serving bowls. Top with coconut yoghurt, melted chocolate and chocolate chips. Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy! Store in the freezer for 1 - 2 months.
