Ingredients
6 servings
1 tspchili powder
½ tspcumin
½ tspdried oregano
½ tspsalt
½ tspmustard powder
or regular mustard
3 tablespoonsbutter
1yellow onion
diced
4cloves garlic
3 tablespoonsflour
6 cupschicken broth
⅓ cuphalf and half
2 x 15 ozcan cannelloni beans

1 tspSiracha
1 tspworcestershire sauce
1 x 4 ozcan mild green chilis
0.5rotisserie chicken
shredded and seasoned with salt and pepper
1 x 15 ozcan corn
8 ozcream cheese
softened
Instructions
Step 1
Dice onions and set aside. Mince garlic. Set aside 1 cup of chicken broth and 1 can beans.
Step 2
Melt butter in large pot. Add in diced onions and sauté 5 min. Add in garlic and cook 1 min. Slowly sprinkle over with flour to coat. Stir and cook 2 min. In splashes, slowly add in 5 cups chicken broth (leaving the final cup). Stir continuously. Once well combined, slowly add in half & half.
Step 3
In food processor, blend together final cup of broth and 1 can cannellini beans. This will act as thickener. Slowly pour into soup. Then add in remaining seasonings, siracha, Worcestershire sauce and green chilis. Bring to boil. Boil 15 min. Add in shredded and seasoned chicken and corn. Simmer 20 min. Then add in cream cheese and stir and simmer until well blended.
