This is the recipe for a thin crust pizza. You will make homemade dough, which is smothered with the sauce of your choice and topped with anything you desire

Instructions
Step 1
Put the oven on 220’C and prepare your baking tray (top with foil and oil)
Step 2
In a large bowl place your flour
Step 3
Add the yeast, sugar and the salt to the flour
Step 4
Add the oil and the warm water to the flour mixture.
Step 5
Stir around with your fingers until it forms a dough.
Step 6
Move the dough onto the table and knead for 10 mins until it is smooth, soft and elastic
Step 7
Sprinkle a little flour on top and under the dough. Roll into a circle (keep the dough moving after every roll and this will help retain the shape (approx. 30cm diameter).
Step 8
Move the dough onto the foiled and oiled baking tray.
Step 9
Top with sauce, grated cheese, herbs and any other toppings – keep it neat
Step 10
Leave to rise as long as possible.
Step 11
Place in the oven for 20-25 mins until the edges are crispy
