Instructions
Step 1
If adding meat, season it (garlic/cayenne/garam masala/paprika/corn starch). Then fry the meat first, remove it from the pan, then use the same pan with the oil to make the soup. Melt butter in pan and fry with chopped onion, carrots for 5-10min. Then add in canned tomatoes.
Step 2
Use blender to make it into soup. Add in stock cube, oregano, thyme and bay leaf. Boil on low heat for ~10min.
Step 3
Add in any cooked meat if wanted. Add in other vegetables like spinach and cook for another 1min then serve.
