Step 1
Mix crushed tennis biscuits with margarine. Press into tart pan.
Tart
Step 2
Mix condensed milk, lemon juice, zest, whisked egg yolks, and a pinch of salt. Pour into the tart crust.
'Skuimpies'
Step 3
Whisk egg whites until stiff; gradually add sugar. Pour on top of tart.
Step 4
Bake 30 minutes at 180°C or until brown.
