Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375F, brush a 9x9 square oven proof dish and brush with melted coconut oil.
Combine all ingredients except blueberries.
Fold in blueberries.
Bake at 375F for 30 minutes.
Let cool at least 5 minutes and add a dollop of plain yogurt just before serving .
