Ingredients

For the Chicken:
2boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 ouncescream cheese
softened
1 cupsmoked cheddar cheese
shredded
½ cupbacon crumbles
pre-cooked bacon
2green onions
chopped
1 tablespoonsgarlic oil
1 tablespoonbuttermilk powder
or substitute with 2 tablespoons buttermilk
Minced garlic
1 teaspoongranulated garlic
1 teaspoongranulated onion
1 teaspoonsea salt
½ teaspoondried dillweed
½ teaspoondried chives
½ teaspoondried thyme
½ teaspoondried parsley

Instructions
Step 1
1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in pan.
Step 2
2. Cook chopped chicken for 6-8 mins until cooked through.
Step 3
3. Mix softened cream cheese, cheddar, green onions, garlic, buttermilk, and spices to make ranch sauce.
Step 4
4. Pour half the ranch sauce over cooked chicken, simmer for 1-2 mins.
Step 5
5. In another pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil. Sauté broccoli with garlic for 5-7 mins.
Step 6
6. In a separate pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil. Sauté sliced mushrooms until tender and browned. Add salt and pepper to taste.
