For the dressing:
Instructions
Step 1
Shake all dressing ingredients together in a jar.
Step 2
Cook rice in boiling water until just tender but still 'nutty. Drain well and cool.
Step 3
Stir in dressing.
Step 4
Stir through nuts, seeds, currants and other ingredients.
