This HIGH PROTEIN MAC & CHEESE is so creamy and easy to put together with just 3 ingredients!
I know that not everyone has access to a Trader Joe’s, which is where I got the Unexpected Cheddar Spread for this recipe. If that’s the case, you can easily sub the spread for about a cup of shredded cheddar (or other type) cheese. Parmesan would go well if added as well.

Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta as directed in salted water
Step 2
Add cottage cheese and Unexpected Cheddar to a large stovetop pan on medium heat. Stir until melted together then mix in spices
Step 3
Transfer cheese mixture to a blender and blend until a smooth and creamy consistency is reached
Step 4
Drain cooked pasta and add back to the pot
Step 5
Mix in the cheese sauce until pasta is fully coated
Step 6
Top with everything bagel seasoning and/or fresh herbs (optional)
