Chia Pot

This is a great, on the go breakfast. Soak some chia pots over-night, take 5 minutes in the morning to top them and take them with to work or gym. This is a healthy treat, offering proteins, omega´s and vitamins. If you haven´t tried it yet, please do ;)

Instructions

Step 1
Soak the chia seeds over-night in the glass that you will be using to make your chia pot in. Your chia:milk ratio may vary but personally i like it to be a quite tough texture. If you want it a bit more creamy, add some more milk.
Step 2
In the morning, add some yoghurt as a second layer. Depending on how much milk you use, it may either blend with the chia seeds or create a top layer.
Step 3
Blend the apple and kiwi to a fruit compote and add as a third layer.
Step 4
Add the almond butter as a forth layer and enjoy your breakfast!
