Instructions

Step 1
cut and fry tomatoes, courgette, peppers salt, pepper, and cumin to taste
Step 2
cut avocado, feta, and spring onions add some of the spring onions to the pan, keep some for garnish
Step 3
make the couscous salt and cumin to taste
Step 4
mix all together add sriracha on top to taste
