Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Keep some of the cooking water. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
drizzle a little olive oil into a pan, then add the garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the tomatoes and bell pepper and cook on medium heat until the bell pepper is soft, then stir in 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp pepper and 1 tsp italian herbs.
Step 3
Blend the vegetables in a blender with 1/4 cup pasta water and the mascarpone.
Step 4
In the same pan as for the vegetables, add the meat and the remaining salt and paprika. Cook until the meat is light brown.
Step 5
Add the cooked pasta and the sauce to the meat, then stir. Adjust the consistency of the sauce by adding pasta water for a thinner sauce, or simmering over low heat for a thicker sauce. It's ready, serve hot with parmesan and chopped parsley on top. Bon appétit !
