Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200’C and foil and oil your tin.
Step 2
Grate the courgettes, onions and the cheese on a board. Put it in a large bowl.
Step 3
Chop your bacon / ham into small pieces on a chopping board. Add to the vegetables.
Step 4
Add your egg mixture into a large bowl, add the flour, mix until fully combined.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into your tin
Step 6
Bake for 25 – 30 mins until cooked through
Step 7
When cook, cut into slices
