Destiny's Chicken Caprese
My own spin on Chicken Caprese, great with bruschetta, veggies, or any Italian side dish!

Instructions
Step 1
Mix the seasonings, salt, and pepper in a bowl and then sprinkle evenly over the chicken breasts
Step 2
Heat olive oil over medium heat in a skillet, then add the chicken, cover with a lid, and let cook for 4-6 minutes
Step 3
Flip the chicken, replace the lid, and let cook for 4-6 more minutes, add some Italian dressing if you'd like. This is optional
Step 4
Stack the spinach, avocado, and mozzarella on top of the chicken, lower the heat, and wait for the mozzarella to melt
Step 5
Add tomato and basil on top(and more Italian dressing if you'd like) and serve!
