This is one of my favorite vegan shake recipes! And it’s designed for skin health from the inside out :) completely dairy free & refined sugar free!

Instructions

Step 1
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2
If using a high speed blender, use the tamper to push down as you go. If you’re not using a high speed blender, you can stop as you go (turn off the machine) removing the lid and mix with a spoon or spatula and then blend again until smooth.
Step 3
I love this smoothie thick, it’s like ice cream! You can always add a little water or coconut water if you want!
Step 4
Topped with shredded coconut and a fresh strawberry.
