This is my mom’s recipe from when we were little kids.

Instructions
Step 1
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Work the oil and water in with a fork till all ingredients are wet.
Step 2
Once wet, knead the dough with hands for about 3-5 minutes into a large bowl. Do not over work the dough.
Step 3
Cover dough with a kitchen towel and let dough rest for about 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
Then make little 3-4 inch balls from the main dough. Roll out ball to make a circle. Warm up skillet at medium heat and cook tortillas on both sides.
