Okara is squeezed pulp from soy beans at the process of making tofu. It is high in fiber, calcium and iron.

Instructions
Step 1
Combine all dry ingredients in a food processor. Mix for 10sec.
Step 2
Add wet ingredients and use pulse mode to blend in, to make a dough. Wrap it and let it rest for 20min in a fridge.
Step 3
On floured surface, knead a bit and devide into 4 pieces.
Step 4
Make each nice balls and create doughnut shape by poking by a finger.
Step 5
Fry slowly in 165c oil for five min.
