WLS - Egg salad with smoked salmon (Lunch)
6 steps
Prep:20min
Most store bought egg salads actually don't contain as many eggs as you'd like. 45 % to 65 % if you're lucky. And a salad with salmon in it will have an even lower yield, 35 %. Not good for getting enough of your very important proteins!
So, make your own with this adjusted recipe, and have a nice lunch! Ps. serves very will with a small slice of toast!
