This is a wonderful high protein, quick snack or can be a meal but would just need several of them. Always track it yourself with brands you use, as sometimes that can dramatically change macros. As is, the macros are as follows for this recipe Calories: 69 Protein: 7.5g Carbs- 6.3g Fat:3g I have written this recipe as one serving so it is easy to track your macros and weigh out ingredients. Tortilla- La Banderita Carb Counter Street Taco 20 cal a piece Pizza sauce- great value

Instructions

Step 1
1. Put your sauce on tortilla shell 2. Place pepperonis in middle over lapping some 3. Place string cheese on top of pepperoni 4. Fold in each end and roll up 5. very lightly spray with a cooking spray and place in air fryer 6. Cook 370 degrees for 6-7 min (depending on air fryer you might have to adjust this a bit) These can also be cooked in the oven if you do not have an air fryer
