Step 1
1. Preheat your oven to 375° F.
Step 2
2. Shred one rotisserie chicken, put it in a large bowl, then add in the cream cheese, mozzarella, ranch seasoning, buffalo sauce, parsley and mix really well until everything is all incorporated.
Step 3
3. For each Taquito, spoon a large tablespoon of the chicken mixture onto each flour tortilla. Roll each tortilla up tightly around the chicken mixture and place seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. Continue assembling each taquito one at a time until you’re done.
Step 5
5. Once all taquitos have been assembled and placed on the baking sheet, generously spray the tops with non-stick cooking spray (I used avocado).
Step 6
6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ranch and enjoy!
