Step 1
Place potatoes and carrots in 5 qt. slow cooker. Cut the roast in half. In a small bowl, mix mustard, rosemary, garlic salt, thyme, and pepper; rub over the roast. Place in the slow cooker. Top with onion and broth.
Step 2
Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or until meet and vegetables are tender.
