Loaded Fries with Ground Chicken
1 step

I usually make at least 4 servings of this so I have some for me and my husband and lunches for the next day. As far as the ground chicken I usually just buy chicken breasts or tenderloins and ground them up myself in a blender so the fat content is lower and then brown it up like you would a ground beef...I just calculate how much chicken I need for all the servings I want and ground up that much and divide into that amount of servings after it has cooked. Always track it yourself with brands you use, as sometimes that can dramatically change macros.
As is, the macros are as follows for this recipe
Calories: 539
Protein: 55.7
Carbs: 41g
Fats: 16.9g
I have written this recipe as one serving so it is easy to track your macros and weigh out ingredients (remember cooked meat loses 25% of its weight when it cooks, so track accordingly)
Fries I use- Great Value Thin Cut Fries
Ranch- Walden Farms Ranch or Skinny Girl Ranch

Instructions
Step 1
1. Put fries in air fryer, spritz with oil spray and sprinkle with salt &pepper and cook on 400 for about 7 min (can cook in oven if you don't have an air fryer)
2. While your fries are cooking brown your ground chicken in skillet with taco seasoning ( can always add a bit of water to keep from sticking to the pan) can add any other seasonings you choose at this point also.
3. Put cooked fries and ground chicken in oven safe dish ( I like to use anchor 4 cup round glass oven safe dish from walmart, tons of great options though)
4. Top with both cheeses, and bacon bits and put in oven under broiler on high for 1 min or until cheese is melted (TIP: wetting fat free cheeses and draining water will help it melt like normal)
5. Before serving add green onions to taste and add the 15ml of ranch
